So, so Good service, clean room, decent only problem that I went to the bathroom and there was no shower curtains on

The card in the room told us to ask for amenities- they had none. What hotel doesn't offer earplugs? Also- we were woken up at 8am by housekeeper on our last day there. Check out was 11. Wth?
