Good Stay Homestead in Sterling was clean which is important. I would stay there again. Good cost to value.

As Stated '2.5 Star' This hotel is very close and convenient to the airport. Small shortcomings are no shuttle service, no stores nearby, cab fare is about $12. Rooms are not new, reasonably clean, but worn. For the price not bad, if you have average expectations. It is a place to crash and sleep. Was very quiet.

Good, basic hotel for long-ter or overnight stay The room was basic but definitely adeqauate. It had all of the features of an extended-stay hotel with a kitchen and work area but is good for a one-night stay. Recommended if you need a basic place.

Great hotel for a budget and an extended stay Staff very accommodating. My only complaint is that there is no restaurant attached. Food can be ordered from local fast-foods, but not healthy. Everything else is just fine.

Better for long stay I booked a single/queen for one night during an unexpected layover at Dulles. This hotel does not provide shuttle service from the airport, cab was $12 to property. Rooms are well proportioned with full kitchenette and exterior doors. Room was fairly clean, but worn. Front desk clerks were friendly and efficient. If you are here for a longer stay, I would say it is an average choice in the "extended stay motel market."

Clean, But Worn Overall, this was a good hotel for the price. Full-size refrigerator, stove, kitchen sink, cabinets, the typical hotel kitchenette. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but the amenities/fixtures were noticeably worn. It's located right off of Washington-Dulles International Airport. The hotel was rather secluded in a business area, but shopping centers were only minutes away by car.
