Mediocre quality at slightly elevated price The location, outside landscaping, and the front desk help was all good. The interior layout of the room was nice - even had dishes, dishware, misc. kitchen equip. should you wish to cook/dine in. The bedsheets were clean (you can smell the heavy chlorine) The floors and carpet were tacky from spray on products so I wore my flip flops the whole time. Good Deal If there was a pool, it would have been even better. for the price, it was a good deal. There was even a kitchenette in the room so anyone wanting to eat without the cost of eating out will be pleased with that. No ice machine, but you can make your own ice if you need to in the freezer.

Good Just stayed overnight when I arrived at Dulles Airport. Location was good, check in was easy, and room was clean.

It was almost perfect! Great rates. Perfect location for Dulles Int'l business. Very dog friendly with only $25 fee for my mutts. Very clean, including utensils in kitchenette. (that was a FIRST!) The carpeting and upholstered chair needed cleaning. Only 2 pillows on a queen bed. Got the pillows OK and the manager said carpet/upholstery was to be cleaned before the end of the month. Almost perfect! I will be back!
