Nice place near Dulles I had read some rather rough reviews about this place I feel they are rather unfounded. The room was very clean and everything was in order. I was comfortable and hotel staff were helpful with any questions I had made of them. For the price it's a nice , clean place to stay and quite close to the airport.

It's OK, not more It was ok, nothing special. Needs some good exterminating. Lots of ants, come small roaches in the kitchen.

Good value, a few items missing initially The location near the airport was convenient. The room was clean and everything worked fine, but a few items were missing initially. There were no forks or spoons, and the can opener was broken, but the staff at the office immediately furnished replacements for each upon notification. There was also no ironing board, but as I was only there a couple of days, I just put a towel on a table. Spent a relaxed night before our flight Our stay was totally comfortable and completely relaxed thanks to peace and quiet of this excellent motel very near Dulles airport. The kitchen allowed us to eat breakfast we chose and the room had a good tv comfortable stools for eatinf and a very comfortable chair and footstool. It was a really fine choice we made.

Avergae Hotel It was an average hotel nothing special and nothing bad. It is a good choice for those who want to spend a night close to the airport.

One of the least expensive hotels in the area. I guess you get what you pay for here. Even the No Smoking rooms smell like smoke and the aroma of old damp hotel is present. The location is excellent, being right off of Rt. 28 in the Sterling Business area. The refrigerator in the room wasn't plugged in, but I didn't realize it before my food had gone bad. Is that my fault?!? Being close to the airport and the highway, this hotel is the cheapest you can find...and the quality shows that.
