One of the front desk employees,Diane,was extremely professional,friendly,great personality. I requested online for a 1st floor room as I walk with a cane. Diane only had a 4th floor room.I asked if they had a cart so I could make one trip. She had no problem going and finding a cart for me. Even willing to help me load up. I didn't have a remote to the TV.Called front desk to another person and got one no problem.

Ac and heater worked well. Lights and switches didn't seem to work correctly

Nice room and friendly people. It is very clean. There is some guest that was smoking in the hall way.

The level of service that I received surpassed my expectations. The amenities aren’t quite as good as other hotels that I have stayed at; however, the level of service that I received made it for it and then some! The room was clean. The beds are a little firm for my liking but for the per night price, it was a steal. I have extended for an additional week and will recommend this place to my coworkers.

Good bargain for the money. Good bargain for the money.... barebones room with a two burner stove sink and microwave full sised fridge. But no dining or cooking supplies provided. Have to bring your own. Bed is hard as a rock so you might want to bring a topper if you dont like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Management is professional and nice. Overall good experince. Well worth the money.

We stayed three nights because we was working on our house. We wasn’t done so we stayed another three. In the six days no one touched our room! We had to ask for another roll of toilet paper

Thank you for your feedback, Russell. We do include twice a month room cleaning in the rate but more frequent service can be requested. Many guests prefer the privacy that comes with limited Housekeeping. I'm so sorry that part of your stay was disappointing.
Great value The staff at woodsprings wichita airport is very friendly and very professional. My only complaints are the beds are not very comfortable nor are the cheap plastic chairs in the the rooms eveything else is awesome here. Good bargain.
