Our only complaint was no water and no ice for overnight use & no dining options.

Cuando llegamos no había nadie en recepción, llamamos en repetidas ocasiones y no atendían. Hasta que conseguimos otro número que alertó a alguien qué vivía allí y bajo para abrirnos… pero si no hubiese conseguido ese contacto, me hubiese quedado afuera y sin poder pedir reembolso porque al comprar la reservación dicen que no hacen devoluciones . No hay desayunos …
