Need to have more of information on there I went there cause it was a suite with a kitchen it would be nice if they had put down On there website or let people know that they were not going to have dishes And Pots I ask can if they can provide some if am staying for a few days and there answer was no you have to buy you own Was very upset with that

One of the front desk employees,Diane,was extremely professional,friendly,great personality. I requested online for a 1st floor room as I walk with a cane. Diane only had a 4th floor room.I asked if they had a cart so I could make one trip. She had no problem going and finding a cart for me. Even willing to help me load up. I didn't have a remote to the TV.Called front desk to another person and got one no problem.

Ac and heater worked well. Lights and switches didn't seem to work correctly

Nice room and friendly people. It is very clean. There is some guest that was smoking in the hall way.

The level of service that I received surpassed my expectations. The amenities aren’t quite as good as other hotels that I have stayed at; however, the level of service that I received made it for it and then some! The room was clean. The beds are a little firm for my liking but for the per night price, it was a steal. I have extended for an additional week and will recommend this place to my coworkers.
