Exceptional management and staff. Very accommodating and met all of my needs.
The ********** Was Very Nice And Very Helpful. The Extended Stay America Was Very Nice and Clean. I would Stay There Again if I Needed Too.
Friendliness of the staff clean rooms all and all no complaints
We had family come in from out of town for July 4th. Stayed 6 days in a kitchenette. The room is clean and updated. The wifi and cable were great! Had many movies and shows to choose from. That matters at night when you're bored. ?? The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They even offered to help us with the luggage ?? We would recommend this hotel ?? ??

Very accommodating in light of my circumstances. I showed up looking tired, ******* and dazed late in the evening after my landlord made reservations for me due to a fire next door to me in my building. The only inconvenience checking in was a glitch in the system about the corporate rate which was of little or no concern to me at that point in time. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging in all realms of my stay. Facilities/property were clean and orderly- everything worked as it should.Hotel is centrally located and within walking distance/short ride of restaurants/shopping /services/banks.

Great location, I had ordered food from a restaurant and they did not give me any utensils. The gentleman at the front desk got me some utensils to eat my dinner with. Rooms are clean
We came to get out of the heat and unfortunately the ac in our room was not working. We called the front desk at 10:30 after coming back from dinner to be told there was nothing that could be done at that hour, which was the answer we expected. I let them know while checking out and **** handling the situation to our satisfaction. While the ac incident was unfortunate, everyone we encountered was gracious, professional and friendly.
