I arrived having to wait 35 minutes for check in. Finally i called the 0000 number, because there was a sign up saying they were helping someone else, when in fact they were behind the door the whole time. There was no friendliness or good customer service the person behind the desk seemed like she didn't even want to be there. Walking down the halls, smelled of cigarette and weed smoke. The room was not clean, and reeked of smoke. I guess you get what you pay for. Never again.

Toilet wouldn't flush. Room was 86 degrees

Not pet friendly or people friendly Well it says its a pet friendly hotel yet they have the live in help who has been attacked by a dog and doesnt like them. I got throwed out on christmas vacation trip already paid for week so i didnt get to stay with my boyfriend while he was here. Almost ruint my christmas. I truly hope she learns not to blame all dogs for one dogs mistake. My dog is very well trained and well mannered. So if you have pets i wouldnt stay there.

Property was decent. Outside was maintained well. Took over ten minutes to get someone to come to the front desk for check-in. There was no breakfast as advertised in my reservations. Every floor overly smelled of cooking spices. No one was at the desk overnight and not until 1000 am the next morning.
