We came to get out of the heat and unfortunately the ac in our room was not working. We called the front desk at 10:30 after coming back from dinner to be told there was nothing that could be done at that hour, which was the answer we expected. I let them know while checking out and **** handling the situation to our satisfaction. While the ac incident was unfortunate, everyone we encountered was gracious, professional and friendly. Cleanliness is superb, attitude of the staff are excellent, location and rates are reasonable
Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was perfect. Enjoyed the swimming pool. We plan on coming back soon.
The extended stay I keep extending, or returning to. ****** you are a wonderful professional and being. Thank you for always being welcoming, thorough and impeccably efficient. Ive never seen exhaustion on your face yet you commit to the success and calm of this *** without fail. Respect.

The hotel was clean, safe and comfortable. The rooms were clean and the staff was very accommodating.

I can't comment on other *** properties, but the one we have stayed at in ******, ** is excellent. The staff is absolutely wonderful, the property is kept clean and nice, and the rooms are spacious. Housekeeping and maintenance does a great job and the front desk staff is always friendly and attentive, and always willing to help. They've made our stay wonderful and I will always highly recommend this property.
I stayed there a day ago.. I always stay there and it's clean, no drama, staff are always nice. And it's a quite spot to relax. Also if u get the right room u can see the airplane come and go..
