I don't like when I pay for my room online then when I get to the hotel they are asking for one hundred dollars more

I just loooove ******************. She made my check-in experience so quick & easy! Gave me some very helpful information and incentives. She was so funny and so pleasant to interact with! Please recognize her and give her kudos! She was great! Need more employees like her because all the rest I have dealt with were like zombies!
Awesome clean hotel, great customer service, big spacious rooms. Comfortable beds and not noisy at all. Great location around stores and restaurants.
The rates and amenities are quite nice. We very much appreciated having a kitchen in our suite and supplies to be able to cook for ourselves.The staff was friendly and helpful, to a person.The floors and surfaces of our room were dirty when we checked in and we cleaned the surfaces ourselves. The grounds were littered with trash. The trash room on our floor filled up with residents' trash every 2 days or so and was emptied every few days.
My stay here was phenomenal!! **** did absolutely amazing and superb!! He was very friendly and I without a doubt believe that he will go above and beyond for any customer with any concern whatsoever!! He deserves a raise and recognition if I can express that!! ^_^ ^_^
The hotel was clean, safe and comfortable. The rooms were clean and the staff was very accommodating.

Very accommodating in light of my circumstances. I showed up looking tired, ******* and dazed late in the evening after my landlord made reservations for me due to a fire next door to me in my building. The only inconvenience checking in was a glitch in the system about the corporate rate which was of little or no concern to me at that point in time.
