AWFUL. Booked for 29 days, worst stay ever. Couldn't get clean towels or sheets. Checked in sheets were dirty and had confetti in bad, under bed had candy wrappers. Weed and smoke smell, tried talking to front desk to have manager call me, that so didn't happen. emailed no response for 4 days. Saw manager and he hid. Over charged for parking. Room needed serious safety things addressed. Tried to leave early but was going to be charged extra days. Then had to deal with room inspection because hotel being sold to the city. Exp... read more

Very confused ?? no made service if you want clean towels and sheets you have to bring your ********** to the front desk very embarrassed by this holding dirty linens across the hotel. I was told I had to stay at the hotel for 2 weeks in order to get the room cleaned. I had to buy cleaning supplies or stay in a dirty room. This was very odd ****** learned and to have known this ahead of time would have been helpful

The ** there is ripping people off and showing favoritism they're having all types of negative activity on the work site one of the employees be smoking marijuana while he's on the clock the ** *************** also sleeps around with the guy who stays there and she discriminates on a lot of people out of everyone that works there it's only four to five people that's good Miss ****** Miss lovely and two of the house cleaners the rest are all disrespectful no good people

Our business contractors paid. And, then the motel manager came to our rooms in one hour to tell us to leave before we had gone to sleep.We did not get a refund. The place is only for a gang. People should avoid this Extended Stay America Motel. The man on the second floor said that the vending machines were full of bed bugs. We have filed to get a refund from the corporate office for Extended Stay America.Our business contractors need to have a safe place to stay.

CAUTION!! Do not stay at this place. It is very dirty. It is a non smoking motel. What a joke it smells like cigarettes. Complained but nothing done. Room had old food under bed light fixture had dust that had to build up for months. Blood on carpet, stained pillows, bed sheets, and pad prescription pill on floor. Disgusting. ***** the general manager said I would not get reimbursed. No smoking policy yet daily smelled weed and/or cigarette smoke. We were there for 4 months. The icing on the cake is having food stolen by management. A food pantry delivered food to the room where we stayed but had left. They sent me a text with a photo. I immediately called the hotel stating I had a photo text ensuring my food had been delivered. I asked if they would hold the food for us at the front desk as my son was coming to get it: a box, a brown bag, and a white sack. Someone took it. It was no where to be found. I... read more

These people stole from me. I paid for one night stay, got charged for one night, but later found out they charged me for two additional days on my credit card. I have called their main office and nothing has been done. I would recommend you stay away from these hotels.

I just left my room to go check the mail. But the cart isn't my way. I'm in a wheelchair so I moved all the white towels in my way. So I didn't roll over them in to the elevator push the button say something to my friend and get bombarded by yelling from the maid Who already has a bad attitude She says rude comments about the guest here Now my stay is on the line because she got a bad attitude

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience at the extended stay suites on ****************. One of the GMs named *********, was awesome to help us get the best deal that we could get. She was very friendly and has great customer service skills. Thanks for the great experience of staying at your wonderful motel.
