New TVs installed but never worked. Reported but failed to repair. To have to sign in to the internet in such an outdated long complicated way was a hardship for me. My work requires an internet connection but can only sign in via pswrd. Ugh... HUGE annoyance Plus, no FULL free internet! Wtheck???!!!! This needs to be fully explained in RED on website. For extra $5-9 I could have stayed elsewhere with free full internet. Stairwell doors are VERY VERY VERY loud at 4 & 5 am!!! We were 2 rooms away with a white noise machine! T... read more

The room and stay was nice but check out is 11 the cleaning lady came knocking at 930 THE FIRST TIME then proceeded to enter but when she saw we were still there she left then came back two more times before check out time highly annoyed about that but the room was really nice

This is really a great place. Only problem was not having housekeeping due to coronavirus and clients should be given a discount since we were responsible for asking for linens. Great location and great staff.
