I liked the room style that i picked , the customer service at the front desk was great , but when we got to the second floor , it was like we were in a different hotel ,dark hallways , the smell in the hallway was bad ,it smelled like they were covering up the smell of all food or the smell of crap and the smell of weed and we were woken up to an associate talking loud in the hallway with customers that were staying there , the room i stayed in was supposed to be smoke free but there were burned marks on the rub near the co... read more

Front desk person was rude and had no mask on, when we walked into the room there was food in the fridge from the previous people
