Loud Father room was fine. It was off the lobby & at 6:30am either a guest or lobby attendant was talking loudly on the phone. I was unable to get back to sleep due to a continual parade of loud talking. If it was a guest, the attendant should have asked her to either speak lower. If it was the attendant, she should be more mindful of her guests that have rooms nearby.

Great place! If I ever have the need to stay in this area again, (funeral) I would be happy to stay there again. I often travel with my greyhound who is welcome there. The hotel is nice in appearance, well maintained and it didn't look as though we'd been shunted off to a "dog room." The staff was great, dealing well with my slightly demented ( 700+ mile drive) sense of humor at check-in. Not bad for the value Wasn't the best hotel I've stayed in, but the staff was 1000% Amazing
Reservations not found! Credit card info screwed Even though I had confirmation number from Hotels.com for 3 days stay from 21st to 24th April 2017, at the front desk they could not get that reference. I have been charged for another 3 nights with my credit card. The manager has assured me that this has been corrected and I should see the credit for the wrongly charged amounts in my account within 3 business days. I am waiting for that.
