At least we had a place to stay during busy holiday season. We changed to this hotel after reading reviews about the first hotel i booked. Upon check in, i was not already assigned a room, when the front desk clerk gave me a key, i went to the room and it was trashed, table upside down, dirty dishes, unmade bed. The bathroom towels were dirty, the lights didn't work, the pillows were also dirty and the room smelled a lot, and it was already 1 in the morning and there was too much noise from the rooms.

Unprofessional staff The female at the front desk was very rude after requesting a new room due to unsatisfactory and uncleanliness, she began to get rude and upset and told me she’s not going to give me a new room until I talk to her how she wants to .i was recording the situation , and she then assaulted me by hitting my hand and my phone fell out , my girlfriend and dog was uncomfortable and police may potentially be called
