This is the most horrible place I've ever stayed as a hotel. From the door entrance to the room itself was filthy. If I didn't have to attend a funeral the next morning I would have checked out immediately but instead we bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room and slept on top of the sheets because they were unclean as well. I checked out a day early and was told that I could not get a refund or the second night. Awful! Awful! Horrible! Dirtiest place ever!
This property cancelled my reservation on the same day and insisted they called me yet I did not have any missed calls or voicemail from them. When I asked the front desk person what I should do given that this was the homecoming weekend for RU and it was difficult to get a replacement room elsewhere or the price would be at least double the price of my weeks-early reservation, the employee just repeated that they were overbooked. Stinks I was just here last night on 9/21 and stayed one night. Upon arrival it appeared to be a nice hotel, however I was immediately turned off by a woman smoking a cigarette just a couple feet from the main entrance. During check-in, i couldn’t help but notice a really bad smell of cigarettes. I thought the smell would disipaste once we entered our room but it did not.
