Nice hotel, clean, close to everything. Very good. No issues. However there were people "camping" in one of thge back parking lots. They had a van camper, a grill in the weeds and one evening when we returned they were sitting on their chairs just chilling. Strange. But did not bother us.

Very basic, decent hotel We booked a room with 2 beds for our family of 4 for just one night. When we arrived, they had "upgraded" us to a king suite because they didn't have any more rooms with 2 beds. So my kids had to sleep on the pullout couch, which wasn't super comfy. If we had been staying for more than one night, it would have been an issue. The room was clean and otherwise fine. The continental breakfast is very, very basic. Just some oatmeal packets, muffins, granola bars and coffee.

Good price and close to everything If you hunt correctly you can get a good deal. The price had dropped below half the usual weekend price.

Very good value for the price. Plan on getting breakfast somewhere else. They only offer coffee, mini muffins and granola bars.

COMFORTABLE hotel close to family and stuff to do This hotel was the perfect location to places to eat things to do and my family in Mishawaka! It will be our go to location now for when we are needing a place to stay there. There is no pool and Breakfast was pretty sparse (granola and oatmeal & muffins) but it was $20 cheaper than other hotels.

great for wedding preps....space kitchen We were treated very well. they upgraded our room to king, which gave us plenty of room for my family to visit before the wedding because they were all from out of town.

Competitive value for the money Room was great as was parking - and close to many amenities. Building is nice and clean. Staff are friendly. Only observation related to the "continental breakfast" - it's not, unless you call a small, prepackaged high fat, high calorie muffin a breakfast. Coffee is warm at best. Also, be advised that the fitness center is at the other location, not this one.
