Great price for location Super clean room. Close to where I needed to be. Friendly staff. Water pressure was a little weak but for the price, I couldn't really complain.

Nice hotel close to the ND campus. Megan at the front desk was great. She was always working hard to get everything done in a timely manner.

Convenient to ND, walking distance to food Hotel was great for the price we paid. Room appeared to be remodeled somewhat recently. Stayed here 3 nights for a football weekend at ND. Wife and I struggled a bit sleeping the first night, but no issues nights 2 or 3.

clean, comfortable, friendly Owner of a construction co. and have come in with people to work in the area. always pleasant. Have also stayed for ND game when ND Hotel full. Pleasant, naturally not a five star but certainly a suitable hotel with friendly staff and super location.

Was a clean room not much noise in hotel with other guests and not loud housekeeping. I would stay another night here.
