Good if you aren't spending time in room I thought I was booking a Hilton brand extended hotel, i immediately knew I was wrong when I entered hotel. Strong stench of chinese food, guess we caught the hotel staff in betwern dinner close to midnight. Later, I came to lobby to ask whete vending was located, no one was there. A guest informed me it was in laundry room on main fl[r. There was no pool. You had to request utensils, playes etc. There was no breakfast.
Basic hotel The room was mediocre. Our tv did not work! The free wifi was very spotty at best.
It was great
We tried to stay here for a game weekend but checked out right away. Very dirty, the cleaning staff were swearing and yelling in the hallway and I think people are living here full-time. The whole situation was very uncomfortable. They were gracious and gave us a full refund upon checkout.
I liked it being pet friendly but hated everything else
Absolutely disgusting hotel This hotel should be ashamed of themselves! Absolutely shameful and repulsive hotel. They should pay people to stay there, not the other way around. Things that went wrong: 1. Was given our room and we went in with the door already open and had no blankets and had not been serviced. They then sent someone to handle it after complaining. 2. Dirtier than a public restroom, there was dog poop on the wall the room smell like wet dog.
I stayed for an overnight and a few hours but the room wasn’t as clean and I wasn’t given and towels.
Front desk service was amazing. Not very clean.
