Friendly staff. Rooms was not cleaned very well. It really was used for an extended stay and it showed.

Horrible experience no lock work to open room they keep on shifting me . Both room AC won’t work then again shifting, booking I have done for two beds set but it not available when I went there …. It’s very pathetic exp .. never recommend

Worse than terrible. Unsafe. They allow groups of Hispanic men to smoke, drink, and play loud music in their parking lot all night long. Literally all night. I finally called the cops at 6 am. We were totally unsafe, the doors were constantly propped open, and we got ZERO sleep. The manager was nowhere to be seen.

You would be better off in a homeless shelter. Be forewarned, this is a Transient hotel. If I’d known there would be people sitting on the front curb, in front of the doorway smoking cigarettes and pot, no way I bring my family to this place. The front desk lady was rude and someone was running a vacuum at 3:10 am. The rooms were dingy and there was no linen on one of the beds. Arrived for check in room was not ready for another 35 mins.. No soap or toothpaste in the room... Shower curtain full of hair.. one cup for a two person room. No vending machines. Breakfast was packets of oatmeal or package muffins.. hot chocolate packets and coffee.
