Long check in experience. Filthy refrigerator. Lights broken. Room was smelly. At breakfast there were no coffee cups snd clerk didn’t know where to find them. No fruit. Only one type of muffin.
This hotel was the worst experience I have had in years. The TV didn't work. Check in was a nightmare: staff had difficulty for 20 minutes trying to re-boot the down reservation system. Cars leaving at 4am from the parking lot. My room smelt like wet dogs - it was an awful odour.
The hotel gave away our prepaid room. There was a lot of chaos in the lobby with people complaining about noise and upkeep. Very disatisfied.
Room was dirty, especially the floor that was stained and the bathroom. Toilet was not clean. No towels were available. Used soap was left in the shower from the prior guest The room was missing the iron. The drapes were shabby and broken. Overall condition of the room was poor.
Room had zero TP and zero tissues as we entered. shower was very low water pressure and kitchen was not clean. hotel has no ice machines and very minimal breakfast to-go bag options, plus coffee was empty.
While clean, the room was dated. The carpet was horribly stained throughout the room. Walls in desperate need of paint (scraped and peeling paint). Old fixtures in bathroom with buildup on them. Old appliances, refrigerator barely cooled down our drinks (would never put food in it) and no in-room Coffee maker or Coffee. If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. This “non-smoking hotel” reeked of smoke. Our room had the windows open and temp set to 61 and ceiling fan running when we checked in, presumably to air out the smell. The floors were sticky and both the flooring and carpets were filthy. Clearly not swept or vacuumed. The tub in the shower was disgusting. I could not wait to check out and beyond disappointed that I paid $150 for a night in this room.
Never again Someone walked in while I was getting out of the shower.
