Unusual odor in the hallway. A powerful air freshener was hidden somewhere in the room or vent, probably trying to mask pet or smoke odor.

Just a fair warning to all who book with Expedia, don't! If you book a certain room class and it's not available, be prepared for a long wait until the place you booked with, and you agree to a different class of room. Then the hotel must contact Expedia, Expedia then contacts you to get the okay for a different class of room, then Expedia needs to contact the hotel to let them know that you agreed to the room change. Horrible After traveling 9 hours to get the the RUdE front desk attendant name April informed me they had no clean rooms while 4 other people sat in the lobby . We were all in. Disbelief

Hotel from Hell. Awful!!!!! The fridge was filthy, the bed was full of crumbs & had a stain, the carpet was dirty and had a dead bug, and there was a stink bug on my ceiling. The staff took two whole days to bring my beddings, after I had to ask for them more than once. And they didn’t strip the bedding before I got the room. Extremely disappointed, and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

My stay was canceled by the hotel before I arrived because of overbooking. I was still charged a day’s rate by the hotel. I’m still waiting on a refund.
