No tv remote in room when checked in. The one provided by front desk did not work.

We came from out of state to attend a game at Busch stadium. We arrived about an hour and a half before scheduled check in time hoping we could drop off our things and head over to the stadium. Within less than 10 minutes, they had a room ready for us. The room was clean and comfortable, and although we didn't spend much time there, everyone was very pleasant and obviously helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was great.Very comfortable.and quiet.My only complaint was the guy at the desk when I checked in. He was rude and seemed to be having a bad day. The rest of the staff were great.
