Will continue to use their hotel.. the hotel & staff were awesome... No complaints... only thing that was an upset was I had to pay a $25 late fee... When I was clearly on my way to put money on my account being they do not accept cash at all..

No tv remote in room when checked in. The one provided by front desk did not work.

We came from out of state to attend a game at Busch stadium. We arrived about an hour and a half before scheduled check in time hoping we could drop off our things and head over to the stadium. Within less than 10 minutes, they had a room ready for us. The room was clean and comfortable, and although we didn't spend much time there, everyone was very pleasant and obviously helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
