Really enjoyed the location of the property just needs another access road. Dangerous turn in off street

Room was newly remodeled and nice. They advertised breakfast, but it was only granola bars and muffins.

Arrived at the airport and decided to reach out to the hotel regarding the shuttle pickup schedule, but was never routed to the front desk by staff. I was told each time to call back and select option 4 which was the initial option selected. This went on for about 10 minutes before I gave up and ended up taking an Uber.

The only thing out-of-place was the yellow-brown stained GE microwave oven, which was supposed to be clean and white, like a shining city on a hill. Microwaves of that type typically cost about $100.00 retail and Extended Stay can likely get them by the trainload at a steep corporate discount. Time to buy! The bed was good and the room had by far the finest hotel television I have seen anywhere. Extended Stay America provides an excellent hotel value that most other chains cannot really match.

Besides the side doors entrance not working with room key, the hotel was great! Very clean and non-smoking.
