Best Hotel Experience Best hotel experience I've had in a long time. I booked the room through Expedia and was a little leary after reading the negative reviews. I arrived expecting a smoke smelling, bug infested room with an extremely rude staff. What I got was the complete opposite. I was able to get an early check-in as promised at 5 am. I brought bug spray and Lysol spray but the room was exceptionally clean and pest free. The room even smelled fresh. My four-day stay was comfortable and problem free. Weekend getaway It was awesome i enjoy stayong at extended stays america my first experience was in Arizona it was amazing for my first time. I will not stay anywhere else. I enjoy the homely environmental and great hospitality the the staff gives. While i was there they where very friendly and kind.

Customer service sucks Everything was ok after my husband and I checked in. The lady at the front desk was very rude. Talking to her co worker while checking us in.. She didin't explain what I was signing and why.. My husband asked where the ice machine was and she never answered. She was too busy talking to her coworker. Over all the stay was good. The front desk needs to pay attention on excellent customer service.
