Weekend getaway It was awesome i enjoy stayong at extended stays america my first experience was in Arizona it was amazing for my first time. I will not stay anywhere else. I enjoy the homely environmental and great hospitality the the staff gives. While i was there they where very friendly and kind.

Customer service sucks Everything was ok after my husband and I checked in. The lady at the front desk was very rude. Talking to her co worker while checking us in.. She didin't explain what I was signing and why.. My husband asked where the ice machine was and she never answered. She was too busy talking to her coworker. Over all the stay was good. The front desk needs to pay attention on excellent customer service.

Good Value The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was great, not so much the pillows. The staff was courteous. The kitchen was much larger than i expected, but as I only stayed one night that wasn't a huge selling point for me. It's conveniently located near the airport. The free breakfast was underwhelming, but at least there was something. The hotel also charge me I booked and paid the hotel through Expedia. But, after several day, I checked my credit card. And I found, the hotel also charged me. I called service center of Expedia, and the customer service was very helpful. He told me, the hotel would return my money. Let see, what will happen. I hope, I can get my money
