I not happy check in room was not ready plus i request first floor or 2nd floor by elevator floor so did have yo walk due to knee

Extended Disaster!!!!!! Where do I begin? Cleaning staff was awesome & night front desk help was excellent. However, general manager & assistant general manager very unprofessional at times. We when there for about a month & our bill was always paid to extent our stay. Then the last week or so we were there, management would threaten us with eviction notices. We would pay bill & stay. it was clean. little disappointed in m=no coffee pot in room. had to go downstairs to get coffer. and no hot breakfast... when it states breakfast is provided, i would like more than a granola bar.. there was a kitchen i didnt know i was getting. stove, frig, sink all of it. no dishes if i did want to cook... lol but i didnt have time o it didnt really apply to me. but overall it was satisfactory. nothing fancy at all. but good clean place...no issues...

A Good night sleep We had a good night here. Super easy check in and staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and room was clean and fairly up to date. Overall a great stay

It was a decent enough stay for the price. I had to park my truck away from my room do to the size parking it required. I felt comfortable leaving it where it was and the truck and possessions were left alone. The staff was friendly and they accommodated my need for a room that allowed pets.

Good Price and a Friendly Staff We took the hotel because it is very close to the Sports Plex (10 minute walk) and the are a number of restaurants near by. I arrived late (because American Airlines lost my luggage) and the night front desk person (a blonde girl whose name I wish I got) was very friendly and sympathetic. When the airline finally delivered my bag, the hotel was prompt at calling me to let me know. This hotel is not the Ritz, it does not have a restaurant on premise, but for the money it was well worth it.
