It was fine The front desk man when I got there was lovely, he was the sweetest older man. The only problems I had was the room keys never worked like at all even when they weren’t by electronics. Then I got locked out of my room at 1 am because the key cards wouldn’t work again. Having no night attendant is fine if the key cards would actually work though, it was a pain to call someone then they had to page the people to come down from another floor which she was fast and really nice thankfully. Suite was good and clean but there was a very strong smell like a new paint and it was was going in our lungs even I couldn’t sleep whole night that smell was in the whole suite even in the blankets, bed pillows it was everywhere in the air .
It was nice! The cleaning could have been a little better but it was good!

The bed wasn't that comfortable. The elevators are what I worried about. The elevators weren't clean, and I was afraid I would get stuck in them because of the sound, and we were on the 4th floor.
