Filthy..worst hotel I ever *Mold in toilet, hair on toilet seat *Dirty carpet *Bugs flying around (found dead wasp on floor) *Dingy sheets (had spots as well) *Window screen hanging *Fire alarm hanging from ceiling. Big hole exposed. We were afraid something might crawl through the hole. Called front desk to have it fixed. it was a horrible experience. locations is bad. rooms are very dirty. I cleaned myself the sofa.

Hotel room is dated, and unclean. I would not stay at this Hotel. Issues will cleanliness, outdated, the future is chipped, and smells. The linens are awful. Stay away from this one.

When we checked in they said the water would be off for 30 minutes but after 2.5 hours there was still no water so we decided to leave. manager said they would send us a "BOG" (be our guest) card we could use at any of their locations which we never got. So I we were not happy. Otherwise they were very nice and apologetic.

The water was very slow going out of sink and the bathtub. Drainage was very poor. Tub full of water while taking shower, not to pleased with that. The fridge wasn't very cold either.

Bare bones Virtually nothing is included in the cost. No coffee maker, blow dryer, plates, utensils...nothing. Even the free wifi is pitiful. We won't ever stay at this place again. The clerk had no idea where anything was because she said she doesn't normally work at this property. She was slow and condescending and utterly useless to us.

Never again Dirty , had to get our own room towels at front desk after each shower. No cleaning rooms even after 4 days. Continental breakfast really? An energy bar does not make a continental breakfast. Kicking myself for not walking out the first day.

Does not worth the price. Spend a little more a go to other hotels nearby. They keep the minimum workers personnel to the real minimum.
