never again This is my 2nd time trying an Extended Stay, there won't be a 3rd. I had to ask for EVERYTHING for my room. Dishes/utensils, coffee maker (which was broken and never did work correctly, the coffee was awful anyway), clothes hangers, soap, shampoo, etc. I had called a week before I arrived to verify that there would be a hair dryer available, they said yes. Old musty room .... No plates cups nor utensils in the room the staff was nice and friendly... Was only for one night stay to watch the Mets game vs the Rays... Would not recommend a stay here

Close to the airport We checked in late after a long day at universal. We were tired and had to get up early. The air wasn't working and the staff told us to hit the button a couple of times or the other option was to take a Smoking room.
There are 2 Extended Stay Americas in St. Pete... I've driven past the location I THOUGHT I was renting at. Apparently there are 2 Extended Stay America's in St. Pete... This is my fault for not having this information before booking. The staff at the hotel was great, everything else was... well let's just put it this way, I'll never stay at that location again. Just a place to spend the night before a flight in the morning. There weren't any type of glasses, styrofoam or plastic or glass. I'm glad I was there for less than 12 hours.

Room look. Dirty. They don't have room service. The AC didn't work. The experience was terrible. I was cancelled my reservation.
Had to stay due to plane travel being canceled and not being able to leave. There was no area for kids, or a pool, they said we could visit their sister hotel but construction was a problem getting around.
Nice location, need some upgrades! Staff was nice but the facility in itself needs a major make over inside. The outside was fine but when you walk into the lobby it looks and smells bad. The staffs dress code was horrible, and the staircase smells like roach spray!
