Going downhill First two rooms given both had water all over floor in kitchenette and when they gave me the 3rd room not the cleanest. Looked like someone just finished shaving and tub was nasty.

BROKEN AIRCONDITIONAR Upon checking into the room it was Hot and humid (Florida in late May). The airconditionar would not come on. I called the front desk and they told me that maintinance were gone for the night. I asked to be moved to another room. I was told that they did not have another one. I was told that the manager would contact me to refund me my money. The manager has not contacted me yet. 4 days ago.

if you don't ask you do not get You had to request evwrything, from the hairdryer to kitchen staff... the kitchen was there, but nothing to cook with, so it was a waste of time as we had to wait for them to prepare the staff...

Wouldn't Stay Here Again Hotel boasted of free wi-fi, but it wouldn't work at all. Remote control battery cover was missing, so every time we used the remote, the batteries fell out. The lights on the nightstand next to the bed were inoperable. There was no alarm clock and no pamphlet/booklet that all the other hotels have with all the necessary info that a guest would need to call front desk etc. There was absolutely no one on duty at the front desk from 11 pm to 7 pm....also very unusual. Don't stay here if you want to sleep. If you do stay here, only stay on top floor. I stayed on 2nd floor. Heard the people above all night...kids running & jumping every hour...the entire night. Walls are paper thin. Heard guests in next room having 'fun'. Room was clean. Bathroom was not as clean as I'd like. It looked like it was cleaned but not thoroughly...sink and floor had some hairs. Not cleaned well at all Crumbs on floor, stains on desk chair, hair on sheet, crap on toilet, water bottle under bed, smears of something on headboard and regular door, window did not close so room wouldn't get cool.

Take this hotel off your site The hotel was fine until I got into the room. I immediately had the feeling to check everything to make sure it was clean. It wasn't to my satisfaction but I could over look what was wrong. I was appalled to find out they didn't clean the room dailey. I had to go down and get clean towels and they had the nerve to ask me to bring down the dirty ones. Hotels should not operate like this. I will never stay at an extended stay ever again. Don't Book a stay here. Booked two rooms months ago 1 for 3 nights and 1 for 2 nights. At check in unable to give us rooms on the same floor. After checking in my grandaughter was chased down the hallway by another guest's Pit Bull that broke lose from it's owner. Scared the hell out of us. Hotel was not clean rooms in sad shape. 1 room had a leak from the bathroom making the carpet wet.
