There were gnats in my rm. That made my stay unpleasant.

Refund my double charge for one room please I got charged twice and up to now I have not gotten my refund as promised by Maria the person who works nights who by the way is very sweet. She was so robsby influenced by the gen manager Christie who was really mean to me and made me feed like I was a nobody when my work field is manager as well so I told her that to please stop treating customers mean and if she didn’t like her job it was having a bad day not to come in to work.

Availability was the key Room was listed as non-smoking, but it was obvious that smokers had stayed there. There was a kitchenette with cabinets, but nothing in them- not even a coffee maker. The bathroom did not include a hairdryer. All-in-all, disappointing.

The room had a musty smell to it. One of the cooking burners didn't work and I had to wait until the next day to be fixed. And I was told house keeping comes in only once a week when I asked about the room being straighten up and fresh towels.
