Customer Service Lady at the desk was very rude. All I asked was if the credit card I was placing on file gonna have a hold on it. Some places do place holds. She rudely responded “I know that you paid for you room already”. I explained to her or attempted to explain the reason I was asking is because the authorizatiy form stated room charges will be billed to the card. Staff was friendly. Room was not as clean as I would have liked. Bed was so hard I could hardly sleep.
