It took a very, very long time to check in. Grab & go breakfasts that were supposed to be available were not! They could not even provide a coffee maker in our room, which they were supposed to do. Location of hotel was convenient, but we could hear loud people in hallway late at night.

Comfortable stay Nice staff, comfortable bed. Using this app I paid for another night the same night I checked in and they made me come down stairs to check out and back in . The whole point of me booking another night was to get some extra sleep before checking out. I wish this policy could be changed

It is not for the short stay traveler.the rooms have no service, take your towels down to exchange, same for linens. Nothing in the rooms such as cups, ice bucket, absolutely nothing. If you want to stay where people are staying by the month then that’s is ok but not for the average traveler. Learned my lesson, Will never stay there again
