No one at the front desk for approx. 20 mins when we arrived. Got a room assignment and found it to face freeway and other road noise so got another room that over looked trees at rear of building and was much quieter. Interesting that windows are held open a few inches with a rubber stop. Breakfast was a joke. Coffee and pre-wrapped crap muffins and granola bars. Also oatmeal pacs but that's it. Shower head doesn't have much water coming from it.

Customer service was great! Carla was very friendly. The only thing would be to upgrade the beds. We stayed 2 nights and it was horrible. You can feel the springs, i couldnt sleep as my back would hurt, never had i felt like this any other hotel before

Staff was friendly, the room itself was a little outdated and had a smell like old smoke

Area around the hotel was sketchy, but the hotel itself was pretty good. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Good place It was good. Nothing fancy. Had full size fridge, stove, and sink..mini kitchen area. Does need a remodel but clean and quiet. Breakfast could be better but bed was comfortable. Overall, good.
