Don't care about the deaf? Just asking? I am very disappointed that the only thing this hotel could not accommodate us with a TV with closed captioning my guest was not able to watch any TV all day or night because there was no closed captioning on the TV. The front desk was able to give us a number to customer service for technical support and they informed us after the TV model number and room number that the TV in our room did not carry the closed caption option when watching TV! I am very sorry to hear about this issue Obdulia. Unfortunately not all of the tvs here have the closed captioning but some do. In the future if you stay with us again, we can see if any other vacant rooms have closed captioning before you check in, please just let us know. Again, I do apologize.
I love the location and I love the friendliness of the staff
I was not happy with the breakfast that it wasn't hot and that you had to go back to your room to eat what was available breakfast.

It was in the area I needed. There were things that didn't work in the room. The light next to the bed didn't turn on. The light on the opposite side you had to get out of bed to turn it on/off. The floor had footprints. And it was very noisy.
