Outrageous pet fee After checking Hotel.com for every hotel in my price range in Stockton, I chose this one because it accepted pets. It did not say in the "small print" that there would be a charge. $28 for a very tidy small cat with all her stuff. By the way, she did not even leave a foot print upon leaving. The continental breakfast was a joke, would you believe small individually wrapped muffins AND granola bars? Never again!

You just have to keep your sense of humour. The staff are incredibly helpful and cheerful working with some challenges I have never encountered before on all my travels. No spare blankets available, had to wait for the second bath towel to finish drying in the laundry and the kitchen plates, cutlery, pots and pans to be cleaned and dried in back of house. The property is obviously very under stocked with essential items. A credit to the staff to somehow make it work , no doubt with a great deal of hidden stress.

I liked my studio room and I was able to order dishes to go to my room the room was clean and just melt old like it hadn't been aired out in a few weeks the staff was very rude when I got there to check in.
