It was okay. They were constantly out of silverware or pillows. Front desk staff was very nice.

My only complaint is that the kitchenette has no pots, pans, utensils, or silverware.

I liked that the staff were able to accomodate me with a bigger room and they were very sensitive to my needs. They were respectful Kim and Andrea the front desk clerk and manager. They were very helpful and always pleasant.
