Extended Stay America Off the freeway, easy access. Facilities dated, amenities minimal but upon asking as stated in pamphlet no help for delivery to room, I had to go get them.

Had a fridge and microwave. Right out the front doors people hanging out smoking and drinking. Would have been better if they were farther from the door

Lovely people and value for money My High School reunion was wonderful (that’s the reason I was in Stockton) as well as some property business. Your staff were friendly and lovely. They only criticism is that I found it difficult to actually locate you because your building is set back behind other buildings. Maybe a clearer message on the booking confirmation or a sign closer to the road would be helpful.

The staff was great. The TV in our room had no picture and the gal at the front desk actually walked keys to a new room up to us and then called 10 minutes later to make sure the new room was satisfactory! This is a low budget motel and we booked it because it was the only thing available- we knew that going in. Our son had a soccer tournament. The halls were dirty and smelled. The room had lots of deferred maintenance issues yet it was clean and did the trick.

Front desk was very nice and she had a smile. I called for a early check in and she did everything possible to assist me. Overall the hotel needs a deep cleaning and painting overhaul. Hallway carpets were very filthy. Rooms needs some wow factor. Bathroom sink chalk was molding, grout missing on floor. All of the Extended Days I have stayed at before had basic dishes, silverware and dish soap. Our room had nothing.
