Excellent service at front desk, polite and professional.
Vicky at the front desk was very nice and Letty gave us an early check in per my request. I appreciated that very much. When I go to Tracy, I always stay there because its the best!!!!

Very kind staff.
Room needs a deep cleaning, bathroom needs remodeling, black mold above shower walls, sink seal gone.
