Room for one no more I requested bottom level room was placed on forth floor because they said bottom floor would not be ready til after four.however there were at least three rooms available clean and ready when I arrived the housekeeper informed me of this. The room I got was a double bed it was so small my daughter and I couldn't walk in the room at the same time or one of us would have to crawl on the bed. Surprise in the Shower Surprise in the Shower I was checking the room and the bathroom, and there was 2 cockroaches in the shower!! One is too many,and when you see one or two THERE ARE GOING TO BE MORE! I immediately went to office,they refunded my money and I left

Bed bug Room look bad check out food didn't see nothing till the morning caught bed bug took to office didn't act like it bother them left spend another 20.00 at washer and dryer to make sure didn't take friend home breakfast was bad

Nightmare in the morning When we first walkin into the room it was freezing. The temp outside was 22* and inside was colder than that. Took quite awhile to get heat. The microwave was missing a plate. Then what took the cake is there was a bedbug on the bed in the morning. We checked for them when we first got in and did not see any. The front clerk did not seem surprise about when it brought the bed bug into the front desk. We did not get an apology nor a refund.

Dirty At first glance, you’d think the hotel was a little dated, but okay for a few nights. Unfortunately that impression changes when you walk in the room. When i opened the door, there was a bug ready to greet me right at the entrance along with a couple of dead ones in the corners, which should be vaccumed. Don’t mind bugs, but was annoyed about the carpet so i move gorward to wash my face and this is where the problem was. The floors were not swept or mopped at all. No house keeping They failed to clean the room. The front desk offered to clean it the next day after I left as silly as that sounds. They didn't even say sorry. They just blamed their incompetent house keeping staff. When I asked who housekeeping reported to, she said herself. I didn't bother to say......It's always always always the manager!!!!!!!!!!!

Couldn't sleep a bit.... Chose this hotel due to area because I had business I was tending to in Bristol and thought I'd be out late and would rather reserve a room instead of driving the extra time home at such a late hour and being sleepy. Safety first, right? Well, my day ended earlier than expected, but we had the room booked, so stayed over anyway. A full night's rest would be great and it'd be easier to return just down the road in the morning rather than the longer drive from home. Big mistake. We didn't sleep a bit. ... read more
