loved the cleaning staff but they are way over worked. dusting under the beds seem to be an issue. my booking was messed up badly but was dealt with immediately. asked for non smoking room and it took 3 days to get the smell of cigs out and lots of febreeze. hope person ahead of us was actually charged the $100 fee for smoking. if you had more cleaning personnel they would have time to really clean the rooms more efficiently.
