It was terribly, not even a smoke detector in my room. It took days to place one in my room. Bathroom toilet had mold in it. And the safe was broke or stolen and missing parts. And no working exhaust fan in my bathroom and shower floor had mold on it. I complained to staff and got lipped service!

Not a clean hotel. The hallways stunk of dope smoke. The night manager got into a shouting match with a patron.

The water from the toilet was coming up through the tub.. it was horrible and I don’t even get to take a shower wen leaving…..

It was the worst hotel I had ever stayed. The bathroom was not cleaned, the tub was black. The hallway was had smoke smell. Please do not book this hotel. Big mistake.

This location was dirty, not kept up, outdated and not please. The “breakfest” was coffee and bag of oatmeal. The rooms weren’t fully cleaned, just not happy

Breakfast was extremely limited. I opted for two cups of coffee— which was good. Nothing else appealed. The shower did not work— no water. I have never seen such an omission in a hotel room. I won’t return.

Only took 3 rooms to get an acceptable room that door didn't break at hinge , bed was smaller in 2nd room than we booked and third room they just cleaned for us which was great of them, desk clerk tried but ! Also come to find out that there is no airport shuttle service and long term parking is extra!! Which we call Extended Stay about before booking and was assured that these services were available but is not! And Expedia did not list on the booking either. All in all room is adequate.

Host that checked us in could understand very little of what we said or asked making questions hard to get answers. Smoke detector bad been removed from our room. Drag racing on the street outside after midnight. People yelling their conversation in the hallway at 1:00 in the morning. Airplanes landing every 15 minutes directly above the hotel. Did not get a wink of sleep the entire night.

Customer Service Needs Improvement I was not pleased with the service. Our room key wouldn’t work, therefore we could only leave the room one at a time. We expressed the door was messed up and they made it an issue to move us to a different room. It should’ve never been a hassle, seeing how I was a paying customer and was inconvenienced. They treated me as if they were doing ME a favor when they finally moved us to another room. I’m not pleased at ALL.
