My wife and I went to Buffalo for the weekend and decided to stay at this hotel, I wasn't expecting too much honestly, the room was good size, they had refrigerator but it was shaking all the time, the toilet wasn't clean at all, that was the first impression and honestly we felt terrible about it, it's not that it wasn't clean properly, it wasn't washed at all; someone before our arrival used it and left it unclean, it was nasty. Loud We have been staying in Buffalo hotels for five years now since our daughter attended college in the city. We have stayed at 4 different hotels near the airport. This is the first time we were awoken multiple times by the sound of planes taking off (starting at 6:00 am). The room was dirty (hair and an unknown substance in the shower drain and a clump of hair on the bath towel. Breakfast was oatmeal packets and pre-packaged muffins. The price was very good but we won't be staying here again.

Bad experience I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room had serious issues — water was leaking through the roof lights, which felt unsafe and unacceptable. Breakfast was promised at the time of booking, but all that was available was plain coffee — not even basic items like bread and butter. To make matters worse, I saw cockroaches in the room, which was extremely unhygienic. Considering the cost, this hotel was a terrible choice and definitely not worth the money. Filthy! The cleanliness of this property could be improved. It would be beneficial to consider bringing on new cleaning staff to enhance the overall experience.

it's just very dated, and so depressing. i can't imagine staying there for more than 1 night. It's the opposite of a hotel where it's nice to hang. Also it's very noisy. The breakfast area is a joke. Finally it's pretty far from the airport, and no shuttle.

Very odd… we arrived at the hotel checked in fine. Got into the room and there was no chair for the desk, no toilet paper on the roll. I went back to the desk to ask for both. The desk said here is one roll of TP. There were 4 of us there for the week. I said can I have 2… he hesitated But gave me 2. I asked about the desk chair, he said umm not sure I have an extra. The Bathrooms were terrible. There were no plates, utensils, pots, pans, coffee makers in the rooms.
