I left early and he tried to charge me a late leaving fee. Airport noise was insane. No breakfast. Just danish and coffee. No cream.

The airport is in the area and from 5am you here the plane right nexts to you till like 11 am,o breakfast at all only coffee and little kids in the front desk running around

We are happy with the cleanliness of the room and toilet. The kitchen amenities are a plus. We are just disappointed with the wifi as it is unavailable on our 2nd and last day. The staff are not as helpful with our request for access. At this day and age, internet access is a must for hotel stays an is part of what we have paid for.Please try to improve this service.

A waste of my money! Room 146. Next to room 147 Where the man swore all night long had the TV loud and was up until 4:30 every night. An array of swear words in a mean tone. Room and around entrance smelled like cigarette smoke every day. I will never come back. Breakfast 2 out of 10. Cheapest packaged foods, coffee was out several times. No real creamers, just liquid pump (Coffee-Mate?)

Es war eines der schlechtesten Hotels in USA. Ich war 4 Nächte dort, kein Zimmerservice, die Betten wurden nicht gemacht, keine Handtücher gewechselt, keine Toilettenartikel aufgefüllt. Shampoo war überhaupt nicht vorhanden, nur Seife. Der Föhn hat nicht funktioniert, und vor allem, die Klimaanlage war defekt, und das im warmen August. Das geht gar nicht. Das sogenannte Frühstück war der größte Witz. Die gebrauchten Handtücher der anderen Zimmer wurden einfach in den Flur geworfen und tagelang nicht weggeräumt. Die Teppichbö... read more

Only one elevator way at the other end of the corridor. The entrances reeked of weed. The carpet at the entrances needs a good vacuum. The blow dryer never worked and was never replaced. The clock/alarm never worked and never replaced in the 5 days I stayed there. I was told to put the dirty towels outside my door for pickup which were still there after 4 days. Garbage can at the end of the hall was overflowing so I had nowhere to empty my wastebaskets. Obviously they're very understaffed. Being from out of town now I know I... read more
