For the last 3 years until a few months ago the manager and some of the staff at this hotel have been really terrible. I was treated badly by them many times. It was like a sample of the worst hotel in America that I would not recommend at all. I had no choice but to stay at this hotel on business. Nothing but displeasure. However, he became a new manager and this time he responded much better. You can tell by looking at the eyes of the working staff Hope this keeps getting better.

Very clean It was very clean, the lobby had a nice clean smell. The hallways smelled like cigars but did not over flow into the rooms. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. I had to use the laundry facilities and they take debit cards which was nice.

Location is within walkable distance to all the doctor's offices near Metro Place North in Dublin Ohio. Hotel seems decent but housekeeping staff not that alert completing their daily duties. I checked into a cleaned room without pillows and pillowcases laying on the bed seem used. The check-in lady rectified the situation immediately. Hotel seems a little too quiet for the area it is located in and the other customers do not seem very well mannered for a hotel like that. So-so Hotel is ok. Just dated. Feels snd looks tired and worn. Hey it’s a safe area, with store and restaurants nearby, easy on and off interstate.
