Convenient location and overall acceptable. Cost/value proposition not great. Cleaning staff gracious, kind and helpful; night front desk staff not so much. Room spacious, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Heavy smell of marijuana in hall. Room "febreeze" deodorizer was overwhelming (even when set on low). Parking lot under construction; not enough spaces for guests; no measures taken to help guests find a place to park. Card entry not working on exterior door - no measures taken to inform guests. Vacuum sitting unattended in hall to room, and unattended cleaning cart in the hall too by employee break room!
Upon walking into the room and seeing the cupboard door missing under the sink area was a huge turn off. Having to ask for a coffee pot or even coffee was not expected so we didn’t bother. The staff was friendly at both check out and check in however being told they didn’t have items for breakfast due to being out of stock tells me they truly didn’t care enough to make sure their customers stay was appreciated with a coffee or a muffin or anything for breakfast as it stated it did have continental breakfast items at check in... read more
