Wont choose this hotel but still trust the brand I have stayed in multiple extended stay America hotels and I generally like them. The ability to do your own cooking is a plus for me. However, this experience was different. First the recliner in the room did not recline. Also I can understand with the COVID restrictions why they don’t leave the cooking supplies in the room but to make a person come to the front desk to pick them up is too much.
