The price of this hotel was so extremely reasonable for what it offers, we came for a concert at American music theatre, it was 20 mins away, I was pleased with everything, even the the fact the room had an efficiency kitchen, the only negative at all, was the bathroom was very cold, I had read some bad reviews and I was nervous, didn’t experience any of the negatives mentioned, highly recommend
Safe property
Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was slightly smaller than we expected, but had most of what we needed for our stay. Property overall could use some updating, aside from the bathroom, which was nice and seemed to have been updated recently. I love that this place allows pet so we were able to bring our 2 cats with us to visit family and friends.
Comfortable room and good location Room was roomy, clean and bed comfortable. Front desk attendant very nice and efficient.

Real nice hotel not flexible on check in hotel not real busy but wouldn't let check in early
