Desk receptionist in hiding Called Front desk a little after 9pm and took over 30 rings to answer (I stopped counting) Went down to get my toothbrush and I never saw her but did eventually find my toothbrush on the counter. Very poor customer service.

The stafff was great, stayed overnight on New Years and it was packed with teenagers and young ppl, wreaked of marijuana down the hallways

Dissatisfied I don't like the staff, everyone was rude and attitude and I got hung up on by the lady in the front desk. I will never stay there anymore. The non smoking rooms smell like smoke and my towels wasn't clean.

It’s to much money for the rooms Standard. This hotel should be around $50 a night because the Marriott is about $100 a “ which is the same price as extended stay America “ but there hotels are much nicer

Need to service heating and ac units. Room was cold and two hours passed before was warm.

Hotel of necessity Room is basic and clean enough. Window won't shut. Close to mall and good food options.
